    Four questions

Maybe you will already find the right answer for the Berlin station here.

What address can we find you at?
You can pick up your camper here: Triftstrasse 5 15827 Blankenfelde-Mahlow

    Sights in Berlin and Potsdam

Would you also like to take a detour to the metropolis of Berlin during your camping trip - or get to know the palace city of Potsdam from its most beautiful side? Then take the opportunity to park your mobile home on the outskirts of town and travel comfortably to the city by public transport. Sightseeing and culture await you!

But you can also experience a lot around the capital away from the central sights: Berlin Köpenick offers a wide range of water fun with the Müggelsee and the direct connection to the Spree. With your kids you can walk under the Spree in the Spree Tunnel Friedrichshagen and climb the big Müggelberg. In the Rübezahl beer garden you have a direct view of the water and your little ones can let off steam on the climbing playground.

Parking spaces around Potsdam and Berlin

In Potsdam we can offer you the royal Camping Park Sanssouci recommend. Located directly on the lake, you camp in a stately manner in the landscape conservation area on Lake Templiner and can easily reach the well-known Sanssouci Palace and the palace gardens with your bikes.

If you don't like marked pitches, try one of the many nature campsites. Here you are often right in the countryside - without a fence or privacy screen. And if that's not enough, we recommend the alternative parking space guide Landvergnügen. Rural hosts are waiting for your visit and will let you stay on their property for 24 hours free of charge.

You can find a similar principle at PopUpCamps. Born out of the Corona emergency, this initiative offers you camping alternatives in Germany far from the conventional ones

Tour tips for motorhome rental in Berlin

From Berlin you have many opportunities to experience a great camping adventure in Germany and Eastern Europe. You can easily and quickly reach the numerous biosphere reserves and nature parks in the new federal states around Berlin with our mobile homes. Whether it's a holiday in the Harz Mountains, a trip to the Müritz or a vacation on the Polish Baltic Sea - with your Hannes Camper you decide spontaneously where to go.

German avenue: road trip under giant trees

The impressive avenue road runs almost 2.900 kilometers across Germany from Rügen to Lake Constance. But you don't have to do the entire route to capture the feeling. Rent your camper in Berlin and make your way to the nearest starting point: the state-approved resort of Rheinsberg in Brandenburg.

From here you can follow the avenue road in several stages to Rügen. At around 300 kilometers, the flatland route is also well suited for motorhome beginners. Beautiful landscapes with impressive giant trees await you on the way.

    Other highlights:

    • Mönchshof nature reserve
    • Mecklenburg Lake District at the Müritz
    • Grimm Zoo
    • Hanseatic city of Stralsund with the Ozeaneum and the sailing school ship Gorch Fock

You can stay overnight at one of the many campsites along your route, such as the Regenbogen Göhren campsite or the Drewensee campsite.

If you prefer to head south, the German avenue road from Potsdam via Moritzburg and Dresden to Plauen is a good choice.

From Berlin with the camper to the Harz Mountains

Hike along idyllic mountain lakes and reservoirs, take in the tangy aroma of ancient forests and switch off in the middle of nature - the highest mountain range in northern Germany is your starting point for this. You can take the 2, 14 and 36 motorways from Berlin directly to the green heart of the countryside with your motorhome.

Do you want to be active in the Harz Mountains? Then climb the Brocken, explore the numerous stalactite caves or visit the ubiquitous castles and old towns with their historic half-timbered houses. Worth seeing in every season: the Hexentanzplatz high above the Bodetal.

And while you're there, you can stop off at the "KlosterCamping Thale" campsite. Here you live in the middle of nature and yet comfortably - with sports and playgrounds on the premises and delicious bread service in the morning.

    With the camper to Poland

Are you planning a longer trip in a motorhome from Berlin? Then we recommend a tour to our direct neighbors in the east: Poland has a lot to offer. Discover beautiful beaches, historic cities and culture of a special kind.

    1st stage: Berlin–Szczecin

The seventh largest city in Poland is located near the German-Polish border, only about 150 kilometers from Berlin. It attracts visitors to the picturesque old town with its maritime flair. From the terrace cafés in the city center you have a wonderful view of the Oder and the harbor district behind it. The former shipyards are now home to art galleries, organic snack bars, pedal boat rentals and more. Definitely worth seeing: the colorful house facades on the Alter Markt and the palace of the Dukes of Pomerania.

    2nd stage: Stettin–Mielno–Lazy

Magnificent dunes and long, white sandy beaches await you in the seaside resorts of Mielno and Lazy, almost 180 km from Szczecin. Swim in the cool Baltic Sea or relax while fishing at the nearby Jamno Lake. The former airstrip in the dune forest is ideal for wild camping - a small, cozy spot between Wicie and Rusinowo.

    3rd stage: Rusinowo-Gdańsk

We continue about 170 kilometers to the east to the pearl of the Baltic Sea: Gdansk. The historic center of the metropolis is Gdańsk's main town - and worth a visit in any weather. You should have seen the town hall as well as the Langgasse and the Green Gate. The tower clock museum offers you an impressive exhibition of historical and modern clocks as well as a breathtaking panorama. You only have to climb the many steps up to the church tower first.

4th stage: Gdańsk – Masurian Lake District

The last stage takes you about 250 kilometers inland to the Masurian Lake District. The unique network of thousands of lakes, islands and green forests invites you to relax. With a little luck you can also observe moose, beaver and wolves in the remote regions. Along small villages and towns you will always find a well-equipped campsite - for example Camping Elixir on the Fuldeski Roc peninsula on Lake Kisajno.

She is currently lovingly renovating her camper station in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, piece by piece. Her next project is to set up a small camping shop on site and individual packing lists for your guests. Anja has 2 children and lives in the south of Berlin. In her free time, she loves to drive her vintage car to the seaside in France.
