With Hannes Camper you not only travel relaxed, but also super flexible!
Since its founding, Hannes Camper has stood for individual travel, living in and with nature and love for our guests.
To ensure that you can travel as flexibly and relaxed as possible, we offer you the following cancellation policies:
- Up to two weeks before the start of your trip: Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before departure. You will receive the deposit (30%) as a voucher (valid for 3 years) and the remaining payment (70%) is no longer due. You can redeem the voucher as you like or give it away as a gift.
- Up to one week before the start of your trip: Free rebooking to a new period up to one week before the start of the trip. You have already paid for your trip in full and for some reason don't want to travel?
- Simply rebook your trip for a different period
- You don't want to travel during a different period? No problem: In this case, the cancellation fee is 30%. You will receive 70% of the travel price back as a bank transfer.
- Within one week before your trip begins: Do you have to cancel your trip within a week of the start of the trip? In this case, the cancellation fee is 100% of the trip price. For more security, we are happy to offer you our Carefree Package PLUS. This allows you to rebook your trip free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the trip.
