This includes warm support for our guests (before, during and after their camper holiday), modern and new campers and uncomplicated flexibility like in a hotel.

To support our team in Schwanstetten near Nuremberg, we are looking for a motivated individual. Working students (m/f/d), who is keen to really pitch in with us and gain insights into the caravanning industry.

Together with your motivated team, you offer our guests a holiday experience like in a boutique hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Rental & Vehicle Preparation
• Issuance and return of campers including technical instruction for guests
• Cleaning and preparation of vehicles (inside and outside)
• Documentation of damages and inspection of equipment
• Customer service & advice
• Answering customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
• Support during the sales conversation
• Advising our guests and supporting the team at trade fairs, marketing events and open days
• Support for your station's fleet sale at the end of the season
• Organization & Backoffice
• Maintenance of rental calendars & booking systems

Qualifications:

• You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in a field such as business administration, tourism, event management, automotive engineering, marketing or similar.
• Your authentic and life-affirming basic attitude and your positive attitude towards service ensure great satisfaction among our guests.
• Your excellent organizational skills help you in stressful situations.
• Your focus on the guests allows you to think in a solution-oriented way.
• You bring flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
• Adherence to our quality standards is a matter of course for you.
• You are willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• You have a Class B driving licence
