Hannes Camper is a young and rapidly growing camper rental company with currently a total of 13 locations in Germany and Austria. Our vision is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday experience. This includes warm support for our guests (before, during and after their camper holiday), modern and new campers and uncomplicated flexibility like in a hotel.

For our new station in Ratekau near Lübeck, we are looking for a friendly and open-minded colleague to support our team from May 01.05.2025st, XNUMX (or by individual arrangement), who would like to put a smile on our guests' faces with us.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out guest briefings, vehicle handovers and vehicle returns
• Cleaning of our campers (inside and outside)
• advising our guests
• Carrying out simple vehicle checks and light maintenance
• Cleaning of the station and the travel equipment

Qualifications:

• Service and guest orientation, e.g. through experience in gastronomy, hotels and tourism (not absolutely necessary)
• High personal quality perception in terms of cleanliness, order and quality
• Absolute reliability and punctuality
• Experience in traveling with camping vehicles is desirable
• Driving license class B

For our station in Ilsede/ Oberg we are looking for a Deputy Head of Department (m/f/d) part-time for 20-30 hours/week (permanent).

What tasks await you:

• Carrying out guest briefings, vehicle handovers and vehicle returns
• Advising guests and processing booking requests
• Independent planning of your own working hours, adapted to the workload (season)
• Implementation of the work, deployment and holiday planning of the team
• Cleaning of our campers (inside and outside)
• Carrying out simple vehicle checks
• Cleaning the station and maintenance of travel equipment

You bring that with you:

• Guest and service orientation will have a face with you (e.g. through experience in gastronomy, hotel business or tourism), also career changers: Welcome 🙂

• You like to approach people and feel comfortable in contact with guests
• Super clean campers and a well-maintained order of the company are important to you

• You like to organize yourself and your work steps
• You can take responsibility and you feel comfortable doing so
• You are willing to do work on weekends and public holidays (handovers and returns)
• Experience in traveling with camping vehicles would be nice, but is not a must!
• Driving license class B
