Chairs - simple & creative

A sandwich is nothing more than a slice of bread. The term probably comes from Low German and means there: piece or chunk. Here are 3 quick and easy recipes for 3-serving sandwiches for you. The preparation time is approx. 15 minutes per sandwich.

For the Braini chair

  • 1 egg
  • 50 g peas, frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices of pumpkin seed bread
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 slice of cooked ham

Boil the egg for 7 minutes, then rinse in cold water, peel and cut into slices. Pour boiling water over the peas, leave to stand for 3 minutes, drain and mash with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wash and slice the tomato. Spread bread slices with butter. Spread pea puree on top. Place the cooked ham, egg slices and tomatoes on top. Fold and wrap in greaseproof paper.

For the Garden chair

  • ½ carrot
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, toasted
  • ¼ bed cress
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 THE Hummus
  • 2 lettuce leaf
  • 1 E. L. Sprossen

Wash all fresh ingredients. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Roughly chop the peanuts. Cut the cress from the bed, spread the slices of bread with hummus. Spread grated carrots, cress, lettuce leaves, sprouts and peanuts on the sandwich. Wrap it in paper and put it in your school or office bag.

For the farmer's sandwich

  • 4 radish
  • 2 lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tsp mustard, coarse-grained
  • 1 slice of mountain cheese
  • 1 slice of farmer's ham

Wash and slice radishes. Wash and drain lettuce leaves. Spread both slices of bread with butter and mustard. Spread cheese, ham, lettuce leaves and radishes on the bread. Fold the bread and wrap in greaseproof paper.
